A private medical insurer was unable to effectively manage chronic pain conditions across a significant portion of its membership. We reviewed the clinical evidence and developed a patient profiling framework to identify at-risk members earlier. The methodology was embedded into the insurer’s care pathways, enabling more targeted and effective management.
